Transfers of foreign currency

Bank BelVEB OJSC  holds leading positions among Belarusian banks in the field of international settlements.

The following information is required for a transfer of foreign currency funds from abroad to an account opened with Bank BelVEB OJSC or otherwise:

• name of the receiving bank, its address (city, state), SWIFT code and BIC (Bank Identifier Code):

• name of a correspondent bank of Bank BelVEB OJSC and the correspondent account number in the relevant currency.

Clients wishing to receive a bank transfer in one of Belvnesheconombank’s branches or centers of banking services (CBS) have to specify the exact name of that branch or CBS and its SWIFT code in the field “Beneficiary’s Bank”.

EXAMPLE:

Bank BelVEB OJSC, Minsk, Republic of Belarus, SWIFT code: BELBBY2X in favor of Bank BelVEB OJSC, Minsk Branch 3, SWIFT code: BELBBY21217 (name of the branch/CBS, SWIFT code)

The following details are to be provided about the Beneficiary:

- account number (if available);

- name, surname; and

- ID number.

Using Bank BelVEB OJSC correspondent accounts opened with foreign banks guarantees receipt of funds within two to five banking days.
