Subsidiaries
As at January 1, 2012, Belvnesheconombank’s investment in the authorized capital of corporate entities amounted to BYR 8 990.0 million, including BYR 8 840.6 million invested in its subsidiaries and associated company.
They include Belvneshstrakh Insurance Company, International Energy Center, Mir Fitnesa and Vnesheconomstroy subsidiary companies and Sivelga associated company.
Belvneshstrakh Insurance Company was registered by the State Insurance Supervisory Authority of the Republic of Belarus on 17.10.1994 and re-registered on 23.11.2001.
According to its Articles of Association, Belvneshstrakh pursues the following lines of business:
- voluntary property insurance;
- voluntary personal insurance other than life insurance;
- voluntary liability insurance; and
- reinsurance.

International Energy Center Closed Joint Stock Venture was registered by the Minsk City Executive Committee on September 6, 2010.
Under its Charter the company will pursue the following key lines of business:
- electricity generation,
- electricity transmission,
- electricity distribution,
- electricity sales, and
- heat supply.

"Mir Fitnesa" Limited Liability Joint Venture was registered by the Minsk City Executive Committee on 24.11.2010.
In accordance with its Articles of Association, "Mir Fitnesa" pursues the following core business activities:
- provision of recreation and entertainment services, staging of cultural and sporting events;
- health care and social services;
- medical services;
- retailing.

In accordance with its Articles of Association, Vnesheconomstroy focuses its activities on:

- installation of fixtures and fittings;
- transactions with own immovable properties; and
- provision of tailored services, etc.

The key line of business of Sivelga Closed Joint Stock Company is footwear production.
